Bright, Bold & Full of Love
I had the absolute sweetest time with this growing family of three during their session at a beautiful Lancaster PA park. Mom and Dad are expecting a little boy soon, and their excitement and love for each other (and their little girl!) was so fun to capture.
One of my favorite things about this session? The colors! This family showed up in the most vibrant, bold outfits—full of rich tones that popped perfectly against the soft greens of the park. It gave the entire session such a playful and lively feel, which matched their personalities so well.
Their daughter was all smiles from the very beginning. She giggled, twirled, snuggled with Mom, and played with Dad. You could feel how much joy she brings to her parents, and how loved she already is by her soon-to-be baby brother.
Sessions like this are such a reminder of what I love most about family photography—it’s not just about pretty pictures. It’s about freezing this exact moment in time before everything shifts and grows. This little family is on the edge of a brand-new chapter, and I’m so grateful I got to help document the joy right before it begins.
