Brittany & Devin’s wedding at Appleford Estate was almost a magical experience, one that I cannot wait to share.
One by one the bridal party finished their make up, they clipped back the last of their braids, and smoothed out the ruffles in their dresses.
They walked towards to the floral couch and waited for Brittany to make her entrance. She glided across the floor as her train fell behind her, and she met their gaze from across the room.
Her face lit up.
Brittany’s smile was contagious and her bridesmaids could barely contain their excitement.
Almost every bride has jewelry that she will wear to honor the memory of a loved one or continue a family tradition, and Brittany’s wedding was no exception.
Brittany’s mother-in-law placed a pearl necklace around her neck and fastened the clasp, brushing away the bit of hair that laid on her shoulders.
Her bridesmaids held her hand as they placed the pearl bracelet on her wrist.
Her step mother stood behind her, taking it all in. This is her baby girl, her only daughter, and she was getting married today.
She had been wiping away the tears all morning, but this was the moment that tugged at her heart strings the most.

Wedding at Appleford Estate
Brittany & Devin’s wedding took place at Clockpointe Church, but we snuck away for portraits at the beautiful Appleford Estate! This venue reminds me of a secret garden with 4 sections of their property being dedicated to gardening, secret paths, and a maze!
